Doxa Cadetship

Doxa Youth Foundation is an organisation working with young people to access opportunities that assist students to reach their full potential. The Cadetship Program supports young people who have experienced some challenges in their lives. Our candidates for this program are either 1^st or 2^nd year University students.

Doxa have several opportunities for a Cadetship for students from disadvantaged backgrounds who are studying Law. The cadetship will provide the below benefits:

• Up to 8 weeks of work placement at their Sponsor Company each year
• A mentor at their Sponsor Company
• $120 per week living allowance for the duration of their degree
• $700 book allowance each year
• 1 Professional Development Camp each year
• A professional suit in their first year

The U21 Global Ingenuity Challenge is a team-based global competition, where students present a 3- 5 minute video with ideas on how to address one of the 17 UN Sustainable Goals .Students who are interested in making a global difference, increasing their professional development and networking skills are encouraged to apply.

Each student on the winning team will win US $500. A grant of US $1,800 in funding will be available to the winning team should they wish to develop their submission into a tangible project.
