Doxa Cadetship

Doxa Youth Foundation is an organisation working with young people to access opportunities that assist students to reach their full potential. The Cadetship Program supports young people who have experienced some challenges in their lives. Our candidates for this program are either 1st or 2nd year University students.

Doxa have several opportunities for a Cadetship for students from disadvantaged backgrounds who are studying Law. The cadetship will provide the below benefits:

  • Up to 8 weeks of work placement at their Sponsor Company each year
  • A mentor at their Sponsor Company
  • $120 per week living allowance for the duration of their degree
  • $700 book allowance each year
  • 1 Professional Development Camp each year
  • A professional suit in their first year

Doxa works with students who have experienced some area of disadvantage or struggle and the student’s eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you applied to Melbourne University via SEAS, you would usually meet Doxa's eligibility criteria.
