What_do_I_call_the_Judge.jpgThe Victorian Law Foundation has produced a guide to make it easy to know what to call a judge, magistrate or member of a tribunal when you are speaking or writing to them. It is important to remember that what you call them depends on the court or tribunal they are appointed to and also on whether you are in court, outside court, at a social occasion or writing to them.

The guide can be accessed via the Resources section of Law Online.
