Guest Speaker Series - Integrated "Hypothetical "Panel "Can the Courts Protect the Environment ?" Thursday 3 May@ 1pm G08
Panelists will be Professor Michael Crommelin AO, Zelman Cowen Professor of Law, Mr Arlen Duke, Senior Lecturer and Mr Gary Cazalet, Senior Lecturer. This panel session will be run for the first time as a "hypothetical dispute' with the three parties putting their submissions to the "Judge" who will deliver a hypothetical ruling. Presiding will be Hon Michael Black AC QC. He is former Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Australia and one of our most distinguished alumni.
