The County Court are looking for students to volunteer their time to assist with gathering data for the 2016 'Court User Survey'.

In 2010 the County Court adopted The International Framework for Court Excellence which is a quality management system designed to assist courts to improve their performance. Performance measurement is a key component of the Framework and the first of the Framework’s eleven core court performance measures is ‘court user satisfaction’. Data gathered from the survey will be critical input to our strategic planning and improvement process.

Student volunteers would be needed to encourage court users to partake in the survey, explaining the purpose of the survey (a script will be provided) and assisting any court users that made need help.

The involvement and exposure to the Court would be a valuable experience for law students.

The survey will be run over one day on 24 November 2016 and the student(s) can volunteer for either a three hour shift or a full day.
