SEW invites you to a panel discussion on war crimes, deterrence and international justice. Despite the establishment of the International Criminal Court and the various ad-hoc tribunals, violence ensues. Join our panel of eminent speakers as they reflect upon their professional experiences with war crimes and discuss mechanisms to prevent and deter mass atrocities.
