Mr Billy Wong is a partner in the Corporate Group of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (“Orrick”) based in Hong Kong. 

His practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and venture capital financing. Orrick’s corporate team has advised on a full range of corporate transactions including private equity, venture capital, capital markets (debt and equity) and cross-border M&A, and is widely recognized as a leading international law practice in the Greater China market. 

Mr Wong graduated from the University of Sydney Law School in 2001 and developed his legal career in Hong Kong. 

He would like to give you more understanding about Orrick, the practices of their China offices, the opportunities and good platform for career development with them, etc with a Q&A session.
