Mentor Program Agreement Forms

Students taking part in the Mentor Program are required to return a signed copy of the Mentor Agreement Form. This is essential to ensure compliance with University and legislative requirements, including insurance cover.

The deadline for masters students and second/ third year JD students was Thursday 2 May. These forms are overdue and we will shortly begin contacting students individually to chase these. First year JD students participating in the program are due to return their forms by Thursday 6 June.

A copy of the form can be obtained from the 'Downloadable Career Resources' section. Please contact law-careers@unimelb.edu.au if there is a reason for the delay, unless you have already notified us.
