Later Lawyers Networking Lunch with Kathy Wilson – Wednesday, 18 May 2016, 12.30-2pm

Later Lawyers networking events give later lawyers and mature-age law students the opportunity to network with the profession and hear how they can maximise their opportunities and careers in the law.

You can expect to:

  • connect with professional contacts and develop yourself as a legal professional
  • learn how to educate the career market on the value of lawyers who have come to the profession later in life
  • hear personal anecdotes from fellow later lawyers
  • receive advice on:
    • branding and marketing yourself
    • effective networking
    • making your resume stand out
    • capitalising on previously learned skills.
