Legal Trainee
The Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) is looking for an outstanding, enthusiastic and highly motivated law graduate to join its legal team as a Legal Trainee.
Legal Branch provides legal and policy advice to the Premier and other DPC Ministers, the Secretary of the Department and to all bodies within the portfolio of Premier and Cabinet.
Legal Branch will support the Legal Trainee to complete a 12 month Supervised Workplace Training program, leading to admission as an Australian lawyer. The Legal Trainee will have the opportunity to undertake work on challenging and high profile matters from all the main practice areas of the Legal Branch, including legal policy, constitutional and public law, commercial law and litigation.
