County Court User Survey - Volunteers needed

Published 14 May 2019, 11:04 am, by Graduate Services and Careers

The County Court User Survey is part of the Court's commitment to Court Excellence. As recommended by the International Framework for Court Excellence, the Court conducts the survey biannually (June and November) so it can establish a sound base for comparison of change in satisfaction over time. The survey also assists in identifying and addressing issues as identified by our Court Users.

We are looking for law students to assist with the running of the first survey for the year on Monday 3 June 2019.

There are approximately 8 spaces available per shift. We will be running two shifts from 8.45am - 12.30pm and 12.30pm - 4pm (possibly till 4.30pm) Students can volunteer for one shift i.e. morning or afternoon, or volunteer for the day.

The survey is run on iPads and the students will be required to ask various people in the court on this day if they would like to fill out the survey on an iPad and assist them with any questions.

The volunteers will be provided with iPads, identifying T-shirts and lunch, and at the end of their shift will be provided with a signed thank you letter from the Chief Judge.

Please contact Amanda Ahmed, Program Officer, County Court of Victoria, at amanda.ahmed@countycourt.vic.gov.au or ph: 8636 6526 if you would like to participate.
