The Victorian Public Service is looking to hire around 90 graduates for the 2017 Graduate Recruitment and Development Scheme, or as we call it, the GRADS. We take graduates from a broad range of disciplines and provide them with a comprehensive learning and development program as a foundation to their public service career.

Over the 12 months of the GRADS, you will work in three different areas across government in order to gain a breadth of experience and at the end of the GRADS return to your home department.
