Do you like chocolate or snacks?
Researchers at The University of Melbourne are looking for volunteers for an experiment investigating preferences and choice. To investigate this question, participants will complete a computer-based task in which they have to evaluate appealing food items (i.e. snack foods such as chocolate, chips, baked goods) in an MRI scanner. The experiment consists of two sessions: one session will be at the University of Melbourne, Parkville Campus) and another at Monash University (Clayton campus). In total the experiment will last no longer than 4 hours. In addition to a snack food you like, you will receive monetary reimbursement of $60. Please note we are looking for people who have not done this study before.
