We’re looking for a volunteer to help out with collecting and sorting MEFL contact information to be integrated into a new contacts database.
Description of task
We need your help to collect contact lists from MEFL staff and sort and format data for integration into our new contacts database.
This task will support our Knowledge Management project, which aims to improve MEFL’s organisational capacity by improving the way we collect, store and share knowledge internally and externally. As part of this project we are developing a contacts database for staff use. Your help on this task will assist MEFL to form better relationships with partner organisations and the community.
Your duties will include:
Collecting lists from staff
Sorting, formatting and streamlining data
May include collecting further information from staff and integrating this into the lists
Skills required:
- Some experience with Excel
Dates: Your choice, to be completed by 23 February
Duration: 2-3 days
Location: MEFL offices, Suite 6, Level 1, 200 Sydney Road Brunswick
