Description of task

MEFL periodically holds events or partners with other organisations on events. We have a sustainable events policy that guides our events decisions. We need your help to create an events ‘package’ to make it easy for our team to prepare for events. The package will include checklists, templates, and links to sustainable suppliers and policies. The end result will help our team to prepare communications, promotions, and logistics for events.

Your duties will include:

  • Gathering information from MEFL’s sustainable events policy, green purchasing policy, and other policies
  • Gathering information from previous events about event procedures
  • Creating events templates, checklists, and other materials for MEFL staff to use

Skills required:

  • Good written communication skills

Dates: Any day of the week, over the next few weeks. To be completed by the end of November.

Duration: 1-2 days.
