The Victorian Public Sector Commission (VPSC) is establishing a new Aboriginal Employment Unit to improve Aboriginal employment outcomes within the Victorian public sector. The VPSC works to promote public sector integrity and professionalism and strengthen public sector efficiency, effectiveness and capability. The VPSC’s Aboriginal Employment Unit will play a central role in driving action to improve Aboriginal employment outcomes within the Victorian Public Service and across the sector. The Unit is responsible for initiatives to increase the number of Aboriginal employees and leaders across the Victorian public sector and to support the career development and progression of Aboriginal employees.

As part of a dedicated and supportive team, you will employ your skills and knowledge to support Aboriginal employment in the Victorian public sector. Multiple Aboriginal identified positions are available to establish the new Aboriginal Employment Unit. Join the VPSC in making a difference.
