1st Year Gardening Apprenticeship - Full Time – Award Wages
Urban Grass and Gardens is a boutique garden maintenance company servicing residential properties in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and results driven people to join our business with a large existing stable client base.. No time wasters please!
Your training will include, but not limited to -
- Garden renovations - planting, mulching & irrigation
- Lawn care and maintenance
- Hedging and ladder work
- Formitive pruning
- Proactive pest and disease control
- Good understanding of soils and growing media
- Maintaining garden beds
- Delivering a high quality standard of work
Successful applicants will have -
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Completed a pre app or basic Horticulture Certificate would be an advantage
Clean and well mannered appearance.
Reliable car and licence
Must have excellent communication skills
Uniforms will be provided.
