2014 South China Youth Forum is looking for international panelists. South China Youth Forum will be held in July and August in Fujian, China. It gathers scholars, practitioners and students from all over the world to inspire and inform Chinese teenagers.
International panelists will:
• Speak on one or more panels on the forum;
• Team up with Chinese students and lead a project study;
• Design seminar curriculums and lead seminar discussions;
• Design and lead cross-cultural communication sessions.
Each international panelist is offered 1,000 US dollars travel subsidies and free accommodations during the conference, which is made possible by Rongxin-EEShare Intl. Youth Development Fund. It can be used to cover any expense that occurs during your stay in China. It will be reimbursed when the conference closes (invoice needed).
Qualifications:
• Study in a top university in OECD countries like the US, the UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. Qualified candidate can either be a current student or recent graduate.
• Over 18 years old.
• Have great passion about cross-culture communications and enjoy team working.
• Have special interest in education, development, economics, politics, arts, culture or any intriguing topics and will be able to lead discussion and give lectures on the topics you are interested in;
• Chinese language skills and international experience are a plus, but not necessary.
