We require Business across a range of food business types …. this includes restaurants, fast food outlets, pubs, caterers, delicatessens, supermarkets with delicatessens, cafes and most food manufacturers etc.

Owner/manager of Class 2 food businesses who is responsible for the food safety record keeping requirements specifically the Food Safety Program Template Records for Class 2 Retail and Food Service Businesses OR responsible within the Class 2 food business for the record keeping (could also be the owner/manager in smaller places) and could hold the title of Food Safety Supervisor within the business……. see example of the paperwork at the link below http://www.health.vic.gov.au/foodsafety/downloads/fspt_class2_records.pdf

Class 2 food licensed premises are those whose main activity is handling unpackaged foods, which need correct temperature control during the food handling process, including cooking and storage safety.
Please ask participants to make a note of the time required to fill in and maintain their current templates and to bring along a copy of their current templates to the focus group as we will be looking at possible ways to make the process better and easier
