We are researching for a major bank and are looking for people to participate in a series of interviews Each interview would last approximately,1 to 1 and a half hours.
We are trying to understand how people go about deciding which provider and product people choose when taking out a personal loan.
In order to do this, we want to get as close as possible to the point of decision and how this is done.Therefore, if when looking for a loan you would do research and might buy online, or over the phone, we’d like to came to your home and interview you as you take us through that process. Alternately, if you would be more likely to go to a bank branch we would like to come along with you as you visited one or more branches as you would if buying.We appreciate that some of the personal financial details involved may be sensitive and would want to reassure you that we would be relaxed about you not disclosing any details you are not comfortable with.
