We would like to congratulate Siobhan Williams on registering with the Students@Work Program and consequently winning an Apple IPAD.

The IPAD draw occurred on Friday 5th October at five PM. Students who registered had their name placed into a barrel and one lucky winner chosen at random.

Where do you currently work on campus Siobhan?

I am currently working at DLU as an Academic Support Worker. My computer broke recently and it is so nice to have won this prize.

What is different about being a S@W member and working for The University of Melbourne as opposed   to an external employer?

It is great to work on campus, I don’t have to travel so far and the hours are flexible. It is an ideal arrangement! It makes me feel like I am more connected to the University and more part of University life. I feel more involved.

We would like to thank all who registered and hope to have many more employment opportunities made available in the coming months.

This is an exciting time for the Students@Work Program, with 175 students identified working on campus. It is expected we will locate many more in the next coming months.

If you are currently a student working on campus in any capacity, please register with the S@W Program by clicking the link here!
