About the role

The Student Card Pop Up will operate for six weeks during the busy year-commencement peak period. The Student Card Pop Up team will ensure students receive their student cards in a timely and friendly manner, proactively resolving any enquiries that relate to this function.

As a Help Lab Assistant, you will help empower students to manage their enrolment, timetabling and fees. Your role will be to efficiently assist students with the 'Get Started' onboarding steps, including how to navigate using the Study Plan, provide basic timetable troubleshooting and provide support with submitting Timetabling Assistance Forms (TAFS). Help Lab Assistants will also help students understand their fees and resolve enquiries regarding payment and understanding fee statements.
