Speakers:
Aislinn Haggerty, Senior Recruiter (Anomaly, McCann), Talent Consultant & Career Coach
Shaunda Lambert, Full-time Brand Strategist, Agency Owner, Former Recruiter (Creative Circle).
Facilitated by Laura Bennegadi, CEO of ArtBound Initiative
About the speakers:
Aislinn Haggerty has had anything but a traditional career path. A passion for the music industry led her to Northeastern University's Music Business program. Upon graduation Ace moved to NYC where she worked and interned for some of the city's most well known indie record labels, music management firms and venues. Eventually her path led her to an opportunity in advertising and she quickly grew through the New Business team ranks at TBWA. Ace discovered a passion and talent for matchmaking creative people during that time and was offered the opportunity to become a Recruiter. She has recruited for agencies including Johannes Leonardo, McCann, Anomaly, Laundry Service and more.
Shaunda Lambert serves as the talent sourcing lead on a full-time basis at Creative Circle and the Sr. Branding and marketing strategist at Black Girl Ventures Foundation. Shaunda also does individual career coaching, where she is passionate about helping individuals find their native genius to go into a career path in which they are passionate about.
