Change the Game the Everyday Way
We're hosting a careers evening just for you, so that you can hear what it's like to work in the disability sector, and find out if the Everyday Way social model is right for you.
As social model therapists, you'll work alongside clients and their families in their everyday environments such as their home, school, work and local community. You'll be out and about, with no two days being the same (not sitting at a desk!), helping to shift everyone’s idea of disability from something that’s 'wrong with a person', to something that’s wrong with the way they're seen and treated by those around them. This is the perfect opportunity to ask the questions you’ve been wondering about and to hear from other graduates who were in your position twelve months ago.
Why should you attend?
- It's your opportunity to ask questions, such as how many client delivery hours will I have? Do my values align with this organisation? What will my career pathway look like? What will the first 30 days of the graduate program look like?
- Discover new possibilities you may not have considered.
- Hear how our team removes social barriers to make inclusion a reality for all Australians.
- Get to know us, so you can decide if we're a good fit for you.
Our next Everyday Flying Start graduate intake is March, 2022 and we have a range of positions available across Australia!
