Kroll, the world’s premier provider of services and digital products related to governance, risk and transparency, works with clients across diverse sectors in the areas of valuation, expert services, investigations, cyber security, corporate finance, restructuring, legal and business solutions, data analytics and regulatory compliance, is now accepting registrations for The Kroll One Team Challenge 2022. This year’s program marks the continued evolution of what originally was formed as the Duff & Phelps YOUniversity Deal Challenge in 2010. The revised and expanded 2022 program will once again challenge teams in a broad range of skills, including mergers and acquisitions advisory, transaction opinions, and valuation advisory but to reflect Kroll’s diverse services we will also add areas of restructuring, investigations and risk avoidance. This competition truly epitomizes what we mean when we say, “One Team, One Kroll.”
By working with team members to solve problems presented in a complex fact pattern, you'll apply technical reasoning and critical thinking throughout key stages of the problem-solving process. In the end, you'll have a unique perspective on how the many aspects of Kroll can work together to assist a company–from start to finish. You could also walk away with significant scholarship and educational funds and possibly an internship!
