What is it?

Open to female students in their penultimate year of university, the Women in Leadership Scholarship is designed to help them plan for their final year. One winner will be awarded $10,000 and the opportunity to intern with our Australian office over the summer.

What are the eligibility requirements?

To be eligible for the scholarship, you must be:

·        A female student in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or graduate degree
·        An Australian or New Zealand citizen or resident
·        In the top 5% of your class
·        A leader who can bring people together to drive positive change within organisations
·        A problem solver who relishes a challenge
·        A great communicator, in person and in writing.

How can I apply?

To apply for the scholarship you must submit:

·        A one page cover letter that demonstrates how you meet the eligibility requirements
·        Your Curriculum Vitae
·        An official copy of your academic transcripts.

Applications must be emailed to: sheridan_kerr@mckinsey.com by Wednesday, 1 August. A shortlist of applicants will then be invited to interviews.
