And therefore, Jardines has started a series of online workshops – Rare Talent Academy. In the series of online events, Jardines team will be hosting sessions to explain things such as online assessments and virtual interviews from HR’s perspective, and offering tips and suggestions. Jardines has also invited ex-trainees to share their experiences on international career paths, and senior members to share their views on early career development and industry insights.
