The Melbourne Peer Mentoring Program Team is looking to recruit Mentor Leaders, who will be involved in supporting the volunteer Peer Mentors. Responsibilities will include coaching, inquiry management, communications, session planning, and event administration. Mentor Leaders will receive training and support from professional staff across Student Success, contributing to their professional development, as well as preparing them as casual University staff members. Mentor Leaders will be paid at UoM HEW 2.
