The CASE Advancement Traineeship is a fantastic opportunity for a University of Melbourne graduate (from any discipline) who would like to build skills and experience within the University sector which will have widespread applications in the not-for-profit sector, government agencies, Higher Education and philanthropy. The Trainee joins the Advancement Office for a period of two years. The first year as the CASE Trainee.
The first year is a foundation year and trainees learn about all areas of Advancement work, including alumni relations (developing ongoing engaging with our graduates across a range of programs), fundraising, donor relations, communications, and operations. Trainees are offered extensive training and development opportunities both in-house and externally provided through CASE. These include conference participation, workshops, institutes and a secondment at another University.
The Asia-Pacific CASE Graduate Trainee Program has a 100% employment rate with graduates securing roles at their host University, their secondment University or other institutions in the sector.
