McKinsey is officially launching the Indigenous Leaders Scholarship and Internship program in Australia.

We are looking for students who are:

  • Problem solvers and enjoys being challenged
  • Able to bring people together to drive change
  • Ready for an opportunity to develop their talent

Successful candidate will receive $15,000 scholarship money and an eight-week paid consulting internship to commence in 2020 (In certain situations, Indigenous Cadetship Support can be facilitated). The Integrative pathway gives you the opportunity to work on projects for clients in all industries at the diagnostic stage, and specialise in one or more at the same time. This pathway also provides an avenue for people to work at the intersection of industries and functional knowledge areas, building expertise in marketing, finance, organisation, and more.

For women to be eligible for these opportunities, you must be:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree study
  • An Australian or New Zealand citizen or resident – Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Maori students are encouraged to apply
  • Able to undertake an internship of at least eight weeks – this ensures you get a full and representative experience with us
