CSIRO Data61’s Ribit.net is excited to announce our partnership with the Australasia eResearch Organisations (AeRO) for the upcoming eResearch Australasia Conference in Melbourne.
What is it? A specially curated networking opportunity for students keen to get a head-start in their STEM careers. Meet the leading employers in eResearch, ask experts for career advice, and potentially find paid internships, casual or part-time positions, and short-term projects. As the 12th eResearch Conference, this annual event has gained increasing traction within the STEM industry circles. This year’s event is expected to attract over 400 leading industry delegates in the field of research and science.
From Dr. Drew Berry, a biomedical animator creating science-driven content for Björk’s music videos, to international guest-speaker Dr. Jacky Pallas, the Director of eResearch at King’s College London, the event will feature delegates from equally diverse and fascinating areas of the STEM industry.
Who is it for?Students and recent graduates who are keen to get a head-start in their STEM careers. This event is open to students from all universities, TAFE and accredited business and industry colleges.
