Applying for the scholarship provides the opportunity to:

*Receive a $15,000 scholarship and a Bain mentor to provide guidance and access to a vast professional network

* Be invited to attend a one-day ‘True North’ workshop designed to inspire and equip you with practical skills to develop your leadership ability and increase your personal impact

* Potentially receive an offer to join Bain Australia as an Associate Consultant in 2020

True North Workshop

The True North Workshop will offer a unique insight into our industry and what a career in consulting can offer you, as well as opportunities to learn and practice a number of key skills, including some of the tools our teams use to crack critical business problems. Taking part in our True North Workshop is an excellent opportunity to meet a group of high achieving young women from across Australia and New Zealand and together hear about the impact we have here at Bain. We truly believe our supportive culture can help you achieve your full potential.

To be eligible for the scholarship, you must be:

*An Australian citizen or Permanent Resident, or New Zealand citizen

* A female penultimate year undergraduate, postgraduate (non-MBA) or PhD student, expecting to graduate at the end of 2019 or mid-2020.

* A strong academic achiever who thrives on creating an impact

* Someone who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering results

* Active in community or extra-curricular activities

Timeline:

11:59pm AEST 8 July – Application deadline

13 July – Invitations to first-round interviews and True North Workshop extended

20 July – True North Workshop

Week commencing 30 July – First-round interviews

Week commencing 6 August – Final round interviews
