Achieve 2B is an inspiring intercultural exchange programme for young people with disabilities, empowering global/local inclusion and participation.
Mission
We will pprovide educational opportunities through intercultural exchanges that will have sustainable transformational outcomes for its participant’s.
Purpose
The purpose of the (Melbourne) Achieve 2B Volunteer Coordinator is to develop a sustainable branch of Achieve 2B within the Yarra Valley region.

Key responsibilities | Key outcomes |
Team Development | To build a small to medium team of volunteers within the region to implement the Achieve 2B programme and provide a platform of support. Have the ability to lead and harness the collective energy, wisdom and resources of a team from a value driven perspective. |
Networking
| To build strategic relationships with local stakeholders including schools, community groups and disability providers. |
Program delivery
| To ensure the program designed within New Zealand is implemented and delivered in a safe way to the highest possible standards. This is from a sending and hosting perspective. |
Sustainability | Achieve 2B in the Yarra Valley will be an ongoing going concern in terms of financial, human resource and program viability. |
