Are you an inspiring writer? Here at Lyst, we are currently looking for the best student / recent graduate writers to feature on our Editorial site as part of our Lyst Young Fashion Writers competition.

We want to hear from writers who are passionate about all things fashion to write about their favorite fashion trend of the moment.

The piece must stick to the following guidelines but outside of this, you can really let your fashion writing muscles flex.

All submissions must be:

1) 400-600 words long

2) Be written in a numbered list format (this could be the best ways to wear your chosen trend, top trends of the season, best brands representing the trend this season etc. The structure should be similar to our competition guideline article: https://www.lyst.com/articles/how-to-wear-this-seasons-plaid-fashion-trend/)

3) Please do not submit images within your piece, we will add any necessary images through our commissioned street-style photographer.

4) Please include your name, email address, University's name and course name along with your submission.

5) Entries must be submitted to youngfashionwriters@lyst.com and entries must arrive no later than March 31st, 2018.

6) The competition results will be announced in April 2018 and winners will be contacted directly via email.

All winning entries will be featured on Lyst's editorial site (named credit given) and shared with our 65 million yearly visitors.
