We are looking for currently enrolled undergraduate and postgraduate students for user testing of our Stop 1 in person kiosk enquiry topics.

When: Wednesday 6th September 1-2pm

If you are interested and available at this time, please submit a one page application with your contact details answering the following questions;

  1. What course/degree you are studying at the University of Melbourne and what year level are you studying?
  2. Are you a domestic or international student?
  3. Is English your second language?
  4. Have you have visited Stop 1 and taken a ticket for assistance?
  5. What does ‘excellent’ service mean to you?
  6. Have you provided feedback on any Stop 1 services you have received? How was this feedback provided?
  7. What are the key factors that influence whether you will provide feedback?
  8. What benefits do you see in providing feedback?

Successful applicants who attend the session will receive a $30 Coles Myer voucher as a thank you for their contribution to improving the Stop 1 student experience.
