Student Eligibility
Applicants for the Future Leaders Top100 Competition must:
- Be currently residing in Australia
- Be enrolled as a student at an Australian University in 2018 (undergraduate or postgraduate)
- Be available to attend the full day assessment and the awards evening, if required, in February 2018
How it works
1. Application - via PushApply
Thousands of students apply to the Top100 Future Leaders competition as the first step in the comprehensive recruitment process.
2. Testing - by Revelian
Students complete a selection of psychometric tests commonly used by many of Australia’s leading graduate employers.
3. Video Interview
Students complete a video interview, a process which has recently become an important step in a typical volume recruiting process
4. Assessment - by Fusion GC
Students participate in an actual assessment centre run by Fusion GC where they are assessed directly by employers.
5. Awards Night
The dozens of employers that participate in the applicant assessments announce their results with students and universities taking top honours on the night.
6. AFR
All finalists, winners and universities are published in the AFR alongside the results for the Top100 graduate employers.
