-Primary Carers (for either aged or physically disabled or restricted individuals). Can be either family (i.e. relatives of elderly persons)

- Physically restricted individuals; eg mobility eg arthritis, stoke, broken leg, wheelchair, or can be primary carer of someone who has a physical disability,

-Elderly users, 65+

- Vet 35yrs +

-General public 25-40yrs
